Description
TASTE: The microgreen version is mild compared to the mature herb, containing a subtly sweet, tangy, peppery, and earthy flavor with grassy, vegetal, and nutty nuances. The delicate green leaves have a curved, heart-shape with broad, uniform edges, and the surface of the leaves is smooth, pliable, and flat.
NUTRITION: Rich in vitamins A, B, C, and E, as well as calcium, iron, magnesium, niacin, phosphorus, potassium, and essential amino acids. Arugula microgreens contain up to 25% protein.
USAGE: Try in soups, salads, sandwiches, avocado toast, hamburger topping, eggs and baked potatoes
