FARM TO TABLE: Our Taste the Organic Microgreens are not exposed to the elements, environmental pollution, acid rain, pests and diseases that naturally occur in traditional farming, so there is no need for sanitation process after harvesting. Our microgreens are literally farm to table.

FARMING WITH CONSERVATION IN MIND:  Our study of Agronomics farming has instilled a higher than approved standard with an integrated, holistic and beyond organic approach. Our agronomic farming was also inspired to reduce the impact on our earth and it’s essential resources, by focusing on conserving energy, water and land space. We also do not pollute the soil and nearby water sources with pesticides, insecticides and synthetic chemicals.

EAT RIGHT OFF THE STEM:  No need to wash or ‘triple-wash’ our microgreens, as they have been grown in a clean, contaminant-free environment without the use of pesticides, toxins, or any harmful chemicals. The process of washing produce after harvest washes away valuable nutrients and taste. Our microgreens are ready to eat, from harvest to container, to your plate.

AFFORDABLE:  Our Taste the Organic Microgreens are priced competitively so all families can enjoy nutritionally dense and delicious ingredients added to their daily meals. The typical pricing barrier of organic and beyond organic produce does not apply to our Microgreens as we are saving on the typical farm production costs by:

• eliminating the use of natural and synthetic chemicals,
• reducing the high cost of hydroponic farming with vertical farming,
• reducing the land costs, property management and property taxes of large land real estate that is typically needed for traditional farming,
• conserving water usage,

NUTRITIONAL DENSITY:  Microgreens are 40-60% more nutritionally dense (with phytochemicals, beneficial nutrients and components) than their full-grown counterparts or mature store-bought greens. Though smaller in size, they contain higher levels of powerful vitamins, minerals and health-supporting components.
